I think the hotel are pretty new and lake of proper management. The staff are very careless on room's arrangement. Weird smell when we walk into the toilet and we cant even lock our bedroom door. Besides, we found some worm in the pool and after we informed the staff on the above mentioned complaints, its still no solid improvement from them.

The villa was nice and the big private pool was great. Design and layout was very modern. Location and beach was about 10min walking. Staff was friendly.
Staff was friendly but incompetent. Lack of experience was very obvious. In addition to small hiccups our room wasn't cleaned one day (including clean towels or replacing the single roll of toilet paper). Make sure you're very comfortable with who you're staying with because the bathroom and toilet only had clear glass as door & walls (from bedroom). There was no wifi anywhere on the premises (even if promised) or close by. Breakfast was bland and brought to room anywhere from 15 to 45 min earlier than agreed, leaving it cold when eaten. The staff could not provide any information about places in the city and were not able to even place themselves on a map. The final straw was the payment. We were paying by card but the general manager had no idea how to use the machine. After struggling 30min with the machine on the phone with the vendor he basically forced us in a car to drive to the bank. Good thing we didn't have a flight to catch because this added 1.5h to our checkout. He had no interest in offering any compensation for this. I'm sure things improve with time but as of Jan 2012 it felt like the villa was 4 stars and service similar to a hostel. This is compared to a couple other similarly priced places we stayed at.

From the moment I arrived at the airport, I felt like a VIP. The friendly staff at Jineng Villas By Ekosistem made me feel so welcome. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, providing the perfect tropical retreat. The private pool was a luxurious touch and the breakfast selection was delicious. I loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the villa. I highly recommend Jineng Villas By Ekosistem for anyone seeking a truly fantastic stay in Seminyak.

The villas are big and design. They got jacuzzi in the bathroom and a private swimming pool.
- Management was terrible - Same as other comments, it really stink in the bathroom, it's horrible ! I cant understand that they do nothing... - Hundred of insects that are flying in the bathroom or dead in the shower, next to the toilets... Not clean really. But the rest of the villas was clean. - Not a 5 stars, for sure

Golf cart and free shuttle to shopping very nice touch!
Not an open-bathroom concept, which is standard for the villas. Pool/yard quite small- pool got no sun, so cold at night.

A bit of construction work are currently being carried out at the facilities.

I chose this hotel for attending a convocation and I was pleased to find sizable work desks with ergonomic chairs in the room. It made it comfortable for me to work during my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center where I could print my documents.

We liked everything about the hotel Villa, The staff were excellent and made us so welcome which played a major part in making this one of the best breakes we have have had. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff, we had friends come to the villa for food and drinks and the staff provided us with extra cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Every day breakfast was served with smiles and offers of help if needed. Can't give enough praise to the staff, excellent please accept my sincere thanks for all you did for us. Lisa and Bob

The interior design is modern and comfortable. The pool is good for 1-2 person. At night it's romantic. Overall the villa is well designed.
The staff service level is definitely below villa standard. They are not trained to provide 5 star service. More like just a care-taker. A lot of things are missing from the villa when we check in. Obviously, they did not prepare the villa before our arrival. The location is hard to find, most taxi from other parts of town wouldn't be able to find and according to our driver, the hotel staff gave him wrong direction. When you step out of the villa, there's a dump site infront and dusty road leading out to so call main road, with construction site. There's no restaurant in the villa so you have to stock up if you plan to stay for few nights. The villa is best for staying in and not going out.

The staff could not have been more helpful. The villas looked better in real life than in the pictures. Some of the negative reviews made me reluctant to book a villa, but I honestly could not fault the place. Ignore the negative reviews, this place is a gem, and really well priced too! The location is good, about a 5-10 minute walk from Seminyak road, or 2 minutes and 50cents by taxi. It is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday for couples or friends.
